The Mahindra CIE Automotive project involved delivering a fully integrated electrical infrastructure to support its large-scale automotive manufacturing operations. Our team successfully executed the complete Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning SITC of LT Panels, Distribution Boards, structured power wiring, machine-specific circuits, and high-capacity LT/HT cabling throughout the facility.

To ensure reliable performance for welding lines, assembly units, testing stations, and precision equipment, we installed transformer connections, UPS-backed clean-power systems, a comprehensive earthing network, and advanced lightning protection. A well-organized cable tray system was also deployed for safe and streamlined power routing across all production zones.

The project required careful planning, strict compliance with safety standards, and precise execution within an operational industrial environment. All work was completed successfully, resulting in a stable, safe, and efficient electrical setup that fully supports Mahindra CIE ongoing production activities.
